If you are organizing an event for a charitable fundraiser, and would like to have DJ Jamie involved, these are the steps to take.
- Non-Profit Organizations only! You do not have to be a non-profit corporation if the benefit is obvious, and impeccable. (i.e.. Toy drive for Toys for Tots, is acceptable. However if it is organized by the owner of a bar, and being held there, with a cardboard box in the corner, there may be further requirements.)
- Check the Calendar for availability. Keep in mind travel and setup/cleanup time, if DJ Jamie is already scheduled that day.
- Be certain your event will meet all local noise ordinances, especially if held outside.
- If held outside, you must provide power, and shelter in case of rain.
- Have Details and contact information ready before calling.
- Contact DJ Jamie as soon as possible to discuss feasibility. (But not before 1PM)
